From download to your first conversation in a few minutes.

Unzip the app

Download the ZIP and unzip it to a folder you own, such as C:\vamAI (not Program Files), then run vamAI. It is portable: nothing is installed system-wide.

Add the plugin to VaM

Drop the .var into Virt‑A‑Mate's AddonPackages folder, then add the vamAI plugin to your Person atom.

Sign in and add your keys

Sign in with Patreon from the app and start your 7-day free trial, or bring your Pro or Max membership. Add the API keys for the AI services you choose, then start talking.
